NEW 2023 Roll Splicer - Always in Stock.
- A few advantages of what makes this unit unique: Heavier tubular frame, heavier wear plate in the work area, and what I feel is the most important benefit; the adjustment bearings moves the pressing area in a fixed vertical angle/plumb for alignment. The designs by the other manufacturers make the adjustment to one end (say top side) of the roll – forcing the pressing area to not be square/plumb with the connector plate and this adds to unnecessary wear and improperly seated plates. Just a couple of slight differences that I feel make this unit a better splicer that is longer lasting with little to no maintenance over the long haul.
- A very important feature, not found on others, is the ability to Rotate the Top to Reverse the Lumber Flow, (Right to Left or Left to Right) to help Optimize the layout and flow in your plant. A Benefit of future proofing your material flow if you ever have a need to change your plant layout. You'll have choices...
